The Village Commons Building

The Commons building is the hub of all activity and business. Located in this building are the following; dinning facilities, kitchen, chapel, library, administrative offices, meeting rooms, social room, beauty/barber shop, resident mailboxes, and a wellness clinic.

Our Cottages

Monthly Rental Rates Are As Follows

Small Cottage (1110 sq. ft.) Single Occupancy: $2,558.00/month

Large Cottage (1210 sq. ft.) Single Occupancy: $2,899.00/month

*Second person charge is an additional $326.00/month to the rental rate*

To secure a cottage a $750.00 security deposit is required. $500 of the $750.00 will be applied towards your security deposit and $250 is a non-refundable administrative processing fee.

Amenities

Each cottage contains a porch, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, and a dining room.

Both bedrooms are fully carpeted and contain a walk-in closet, a bathroom with grab bars for safety (one bathroom is completely handicap accessible), and an emergency pull cord.

Full kitchen includes a range oven, a microwave, a garbage disposal, and a dishwashers.
